Waterborne paint construction technology:

1. Grass-roots treatment: First of all, remove the dust and oil on the surface of wood. If there is oil on the surface of wood, the oil can be scrubbed clean with olefin. After removing the dust and oil, grind the sandpaper, and grind the square wooden mat with a large sandpaper bag of 5.3 square meters. Require smoothing, polishing and cleaning

2. Scrape transparent putty: Putty should be scraped, collected, and should not be scraped.

3. Grinding paper: After putty is thoroughly dried, use No. 1 sandpaper to grind and smooth, then use it to wipe cloth clean. Then scrape the second way with the same putty, the same requirements as the scraping way putty. After scraping, put putty on the nail hole and the corner where the edges are missing. After scraping, rub the putty full and flat, then grind the paper, and make the wood grain clear, do not break the edges and corners, clean it after rubbing, and dry it with a wet cloth.

4. Brush the first water-borne varnish: when brushing, it should be horizontal and vertical, thin and even thickness, no flow, smooth brush lines, no leakage, after drying, polish with No. 1 sandpaper, and wipe with wet cloth, dry. Later, the interval time of each paint is generally about 6 hours in summer, and about 24 hours in spring and autumn. It is better to have a little longer conditional time.

5. Spray and repair color: spray color essence or color oil, to have brushed the knot scar, nail eye and other places to repair color, according to the color depth at that time, flexible grasp, repair color and the original color to be basically the same.

6. Brush the second water-borne varnish: first check the spray and repair, if it meets the requirements, then brush the second varnish. When the varnish is dry, polish it with No. 1 sandpaper, wipe it clean with wet cloth, and then check it in detail. If there are leaky putty and unevenness, we need to re-coat putty, then rub it down locally after drying, and wipe it clean with wet cloth.

7. Brush the third waterborne varnish: When the second waterborne Varnish is dry, polish it with water sandpaper No. 280, then rub it clean. The other operation methods are the same as the above.

8. Brush the fourth waterborne varnish: If you want the matte effect, you should matte. After finishing the fourth waterborne varnish, you should use 280-320 sandpaper to polish the film after drying and hardening.

9. Wipe polishing wax: wrap polishing wax in clean white cloth, close the mouth tightly, rub it by hand, wipe it evenly, wipe it until it is bright.

Quality Requirements: Strictly prohibit peeling, leakage brushing, stains, brown eye scraping, clear wood grain, bright and soft, smooth and unstoppable, feel good, no falling, wrinkles, the same color, no brush marks.
